This year’s Splendour in The Grass event was bigger, better and dirtier than ever. Levi’s® was the exclusive denim partner of this year’s festival and as a result we had lots of action happening on ground Look At This.
The Levi’s® Tailor Shop was back in force bringing our iconic pieces to the punters, sewing on vintage patches and fixing blown out crotches by the dozen.
For the first time – Levi’s® was also backstage in the artist village with the Levi’s® Tailor Shop gifting suite, where Matt Stone was back in action – flying out from The Haus of Strauss in Hollywood especially for the occasion.
Levi’s® dressed pretty much every artist and band off this year’s line-up and it was great to see so many musicians and industry figures embracing the double, and at times triple denim vibe.
Music: Cuffed & Collared by Bad//Dreems
On the Saturday night, Levi’s® threw a private sunset BBQ at the infamous ‘Tackle Shack’ – high above the Amphitheatre main stage, where VIP guests danced the night away to some solid tunes played out on the decks – not to mention an exclusive acoustic performance by The Wombats.
As the sun went down – invited guests chowed down on corn cobs, chicken wings and ribs, and drank whiskey and beer in copious quantities.

The weather at this year’s event may have been wet and muddy to say the least – but it certainly did not dampen the enthusiasm shown towards the amazing line-up of world class musicians, and only added in bringing the crowds together in united filth and reckless abandonment.
